Sport in Mind Session: Mum & Baby Movement & Exercise for Mental Wellbeing: Every Monday, Term Time (please note that the last class will run on Monday 15 July and will restart on Monday 9 September)

Light movement and exercise for mums and babies with our lovely instructor! These sessions are for mums with babies under 1, experiencing low mood, isolation or loneliness or difficulties with their mental health. Museums, My WayEvery Saturday

We have created a breakout room, aimed at neurodivergent visitors and their families. Quiet areas with tents and cushions and sensory toys will be available. Families can enjoy exploring the galleries using our sensory bags, then take time out to relax before continuing their visit. Families, Free, drop in

Museums, My Way Performance: Thin Ice: Sat 13 July

A special VIP Performance of music created especially for our exhibition Arctic Mirage for Museums, My Way families, with musician Pete Doyle. A chance to have a go with some of Pete's instruments and make your own music! Then why not drop into our Museums, My Way breakout space and enjoy some craft and a play. The friendly and supportive team of sewing volunteers will show you how to sew a simple fabric picture. All supplies provided. Please note that we will be using sharp needles and scissors.
