In this live virtual session children will explore Local History, discovering how the famous biscuit manufacturer, Huntley & Palmers, changed Victorian Reading from 1822 to 1900. Children will explore significant events, people and places working with a range of sources, such as maps, objects, photographs and census records to understand how our knowledge of the past is constructed.
