Chris is a member of the Reading Dusseldorf Association and has used his skills as an artistic professional photographer to create a series of images to celebrate Reading’s 75th year of being twinned with Dusseldorf in Germany.
In February, Storm Eunice destroyed the Association’s iconic ‘Cartwheeling Boys’ sculpture which had stood near the old Civic Centre and images of this, along with many striking vistas of Reading and Dusseldorf, make a stunning display full of colour.

Who are the people of the Oxford Road? An exhibition of photos and voices uncovering the hidden stories of the people who are the Life of Lifespring at the Pavilion on the Oxford Road. A Reading Borough Council High Street Heritage Action Zone (HSHAZ) project.
Biscuits & Bricks: 200 years of the Huntley & Palmers Legacy

Reading artists respond to the heritage left in the town by the great biscuit factory with an exhibition of artworks for sale. This is part of Reading's Biscuit Town 200 celebrations.

On a smaller scale than many artists are used to working, members of Reading Guild of Artists have made art to fit within the historic and unusual setting of the Turbine House. This is a wonderful opportunity for art lovers to buy original art to fit into their own spaces: something eye-catching, beautiful, bold, meaningful, and affordable.
