Percy Allum spent most of his professional life at the University of Reading, teaching Politics and writing on Italian Politics but he spent most of his free time has been dedicated to more than 75 years of painting. As an amateur, a "peintre du dimanche” (as he likes to call himself) Percy was free to experiment constantly.
He has had many exhibitions in France and Italy but this is his first in England!
